South Bluffs is a marvelous place to live in the downtown area. When I first moved here, I was told "Welcome Home!" That was eleven years ago on February 22nd. The leasing staff goes out of their way to make us feel loved, respected, and appreciated. Once, when the exercise room was newly updated, Mr. Turley showed me how to use the new equipment. He encouraged me to exercise regularly. He was being personal. He showed he cared. The apartments are well maintained by the maintenance staff. All repairs are completed well and in a timely fashion. The security is fantastic. After office hours, we are encouraged to call our after hours representative for lock outs and disturbances. I think of living here as resort living (pools, tennis court, exercising room, river walk, etc.) The property manager does very nice things to make us feel appreciated such as beautiful parties, with delicious food, deserts, drinks, decorating the balconies contests and nice prizes, Halloween parties, and costume contests with nice prizes. There are monthly newsletters to keep us informed about what is happening here in our community. There are alerts when there are criminal activties near us. We are encouraged to call the police and ask for them to drive through more. Home is where the heart is. South Bluffs is HOME!!!
