I have moved to South Bluffs two years ago and could not have found a better place in Memphis. I was immediately greeted with a "Welcome!" and that feeling has not left.
The office staff is caring and super efficient. They create gatherings for special events and everyone feels as if they are a part of a big family.
The apartments are spacious and well designed and the location is excellent; I am able to walk along the Tennessee River each day using the River Walk. I feel very safe! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is something blossoming in each season!
I have dogs and it truly is wonderful to be in this animal loving environment. My dogs already know that when we visit the office that they get a doggie treat.
Of course there is a pool and an awesome workout building.
So, if you are looking for a true community then South Bluffs is for you!

How safe is the parking situation? I work at night and get home about 5am.
