The Southern Oaks,Highland view and Spottswood Place are all owned by the same man.

Drive by any of the apartments mentioned above and you will find men and women hanging out front smoking, drinking and selling drugs.

The police are always there because of fights.

I lived at the Highland View it was a nice place at one time but once Porter Properties bought them all hell broke loose the dope boys do there sales right out front on the steps , and you will find yourself not wanting to invite friends and family over because the dope boys sit outside on the steps and smoke dope and use foul language and then have the nerves to make passes at any female that lives or visits.

And management is aware of everything the fights had become a everyday thing most fights took place out front and some in the court yard.

And some of the people would just open there door and throw the trash outside.

And the loud music from the cars would make your windows rattle.Just remember that you have WARNED about these places!!!!!!!!!!
