I've been living in Southwind Lakes since Dec.07.On April 21,08 my apartment got Broken into thru my busted patio door. I was told by the officer that made the scene this apartment was broken into once before around November. The now manager informed me that the door would be securd that night,but they only put 2feet plywood strips up that could be moved by a three year old. It was not properly secured. They left glass everywhere. Its been going on 4 days now and Nothing has been done. And now I was told it will be another 5 days before its repaired. Thugs hanging out on the play ground and on the corner (smoking and drinking) unsafe and poor service......... Would you want to live in a place like this'''''''''''''''''

This place is set up like section 8. The new office manager Sherita and that stupid unsecure security guard treat a working class citzen like the sun rise and shine up their butts. I wouldnt recommend a homeless person to live their. Project is to good for this place its like Hell on top of Hell at Southwind lake Hood.

The manager is a -----. She has no respect for people. She claims to have been in management for a lot of years,but she is so not in order. The manager always has an attitude with people. I guess it's like that when you are ---. YOU HAVE SPLIT PERSONALITIES. Anyway, I like staying over here, it is just alot of kids, but what low income apts. don't.I think they need to let the manager go and get a new one. Her private own security doesn't do his job, yea stay in the club house alnight, but does not patrol. The assistant manager is very friendly. I like her and the other leasing agaent, but that Sharika is ----ED UP ALL IN THE HEAD, MIND BODY AND SOUL.Beside all of those things its okay.

I have not had any problems with the manager Sharika.I have been a resident here now for two years. She has really clean up the place, put lights on the playground, and ride the property like she lives here. I have recommend three of my closet friends here at Southwind Lakes. I like the manager she is always straight forward about anything I ask her.

I have words for the anyomous person. The apartment complex hasn't been around for two years yet I lived there before they even completed the back side of Southwind lakes. I also feel the same way about the managment. There is somthing that needs to be done there seriously. That manangment is the only one giving the place good reviews
