Stone Ridge, which is now Stone Ridge at Germantown Falls, was absolutely wonderful when I moved here two years ago. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the grounds were clean and well lit, office staff were very friendly, and maintenance was quick. However, new management has lowered the qualify of people in the community. What was once a wonderful place to live is now noisy, unclean, and unsafe. People are constantly sitting in their cars playing loud music, sitting on the stairs drinking beer, or leaving trash in the parking lot. There was a spare tire in the bushes (that one of my terrible neighbors left) for almost 2 weeks before the groundskeepers decided to remove it. They have recently put up a gate for extra security, but my apartment got broken into 4 days after it went up! Also, the staff is unconcerned and often label you when you call or come in with a complaint. It's so frustrating! I will be breaking my lease at the end of the month. The domestic violence with my neighbors and the recent burglary of my apartment and new management are too much. Good luck if you decide to stay here. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
