After searching throughout Memphis, I finally found an apartment in a convenient part of town for me that is safe and also very affordable. I cannot say enough about the office staff. They have gone out their way to help me and make me feel at home. The maintenance staff is very responsive for regularly fixes but also emergency's. I haver lived here about 6 weeks now and feel very safe. The parking lot is secure and no matter what time you come home there is always a space. It is not one of your fancy places out to the east or something you would find in downtown, but it is also a fraction of the price. For me an apartment has to be safe, have ample parking, a good office and maintenance staff, and most of all just make me feel welcome and Stonebrook does all of those things. Great place to start if your moving out on your own or just want a decent place to live in the city.
