i think that this new management company is doing a great job with the new renovations inside and out. they may say the rent is toooo high , but i guess it's true what they say. you have to pay for what you want! the gated community and the security makes me safe. maintnence is very responsive and management is very professional as well as helful. Stonegate has my vote for good comfortable quality living.
