Over 10 years ago, I lived at Stonegate apartments for 6 years because of it s great management, that s why I moved back. Unfortunately, Stonegate Apartments have gone from a first rate apartment complex to one that s only fit for the ghetto. The management and staff lack an appreciation of beauty and substance and it is reflected in the complex but not in the expensive rent that we are being charged.

I wholeheartedly agree with the reviewer from 09/25/2008 because I am going through the same thing. I moved here in January of 2007. Jackie & Termaka weren t good managers but they were tolerable. Unfortunately, this new manager, Claude is horrible. He has really given me hell on earth. I have been receiving those same rude and unprofessional eviction notices on my door whenever their records show you have not paid your rent on time. I had to go to the office several times with proof that I have paid my rent on time. The management is never in the office when they are supposed to be and when I finally catch anyone there, I have been seeing only Claude working what happened the other person that was there'

This entire complex has really gone down since Claude has taken over as manager. The parking lot is in bad shape, the beautiful landscaping has gone down, and mantainance is trifflin'.

Because of the bad economy, I haven t called Claude s boss and complained because people need their jobs but that is going to change. This guy doesn t give a damn about Stonegate Apartments nor it s tenants so why should I care whether he keeps his job or not.

Sorry, I digress.

If you don t want to be charged through the nose for a substandard apartment at a substandard apartment complex DONT MOVE HERE!

I wholehearted with this tenant, I wish there had been some of these reviews out here when I was looking for an apartment. Never would have made this choice. I would have no problem reporting Claude to his boss if I had the contact information. Anyone who is interested in keeping their job would be careful to be mindful about the responsibilities that come with the job. I think we as tenants should take a stand. This is totally unacceptable. What if a real emergency should arrive "then what". Disgusted

I had a leak for 6months and the only reason they came to fix it is becaused it leaked downstairs and the tenants downstairs roof started falling in... They are so slow with fixing things... There has been a Racoon that has had babies taken over. The Racoon walks around like it owns the place several complaints was made and nothing has been done about it. The Racoon messes in the walk ways I mine Shits in the walk ways and they wouldn't even clean it up... They want you to pay your rent on time but they don't want to do there part on time...
