Lived here for 2 years. I had a 3 bd, 2 ba. Maintenance is DEFINITELY slow. The good thing about Summit Park is the very spacious apartments. The bad thing is the infestation of roaches in most apartments, and the lack of spraying, the backing up of your toilet, and the overflooding, and worse of all no air. IT'S 89* OUTSIDE people. This is a place for gangs. They rob alot.The residents start to drink outside with thier loud music.There is alot things to say but nothing is compared to the manager.One simple word(MOODY) |
