I am currently living here and I can honestly say when my lease is up in JUNE i will run away from here as fast as possible!!!!!!! I have even considered breaking my lease. For one thing, after me and my boyfriend were here for about a month, his car was stolen..his rims, and speakers gone when the police found it. These people sit out and watch you if you have anything nice and learn your schedule so they can steal whatever they want to when they know you're sleep. Then about 1 month ago or so, someone stole the center caps off his new car(CADILLAC)...and I noticed the next week that another resident who has a cadillac had his center caps stolen too. Did the management do anything about it or care' NO!!! They do not care when you tell them something, all they do is write it down and say the manager will come talk to you-which they NEVER have. Also there are strange people always knocking at your door trying to sell you something! The thing about the bugs is true, ALTHOUGH at first they had someone come every month and spray(like they said after i signed the lease) but I know for a fact noone has been here since around oct-nov. I have no idea how wasps are getting in my apartment since I never leave my door open--but apparently they come in when I come in..yeah right! There is never enough parking. You would think that with as many residents as they have they would at least 1 or 2 spaces per apt., but no you have to park on the curb or by another apt and walk to your own. Do not believe the desciptions they have on these websites saying they have assigned parking! I have yet to see any assigned parking. They have a tv room that could be nice IF they cleaned it. It is so dirty and all the furniture is leather so I do not understand why they dont clean it. You wouldn't want to sit down it's so dirty in there. Also, when school lets out the teenagers go in there and horse around and you can hardly wash your clothes in peace let alone try to watch tv. They have all these rules posted but don't make peple abide by them. I wish I had known all of this before I signed my lease. They let anybody live in their apartments, and that is not good.

I know how frustrating it is to live in a community that fails to care for the residents. I lived there years ago and made several complaints to management about the flooding issues throughout the property. It eventually took many letters and pictures to code enforcement and the owner before drains were installed to detour the water. Additionally the wasps come into the apartments because the fireplaces are separating from the building. More than likely from all the years of standing water around the foundations. I was evicted because I complained. I paid rent, on time every month. Once the lease was up, they threw me out. I have known people that have fallen through the floors, been sick from the mold content in their apartments and management doesn't care anymore. They continue to allow thugs to move in and ruin the community.
