I have lived here for 2 yrs and I liked it at first because it was quiet. But after I have a run in with maintenance issue, I would not recommend this place. Maintenance is fine as long as it is a weekday, but if it is a weekend you can forget it. My washer has a little leak in it and I called maintenance to fix it that Friday and they came out while I was at work. I came home Friday evening and decided to use my washer and it start gushing water from the bottom causing my apartment to flood. I was ankle deep in water and I called after hours maintenance and they told me it was not an emergency and I should just try to clean the water up the best I could. Then the next time I had a run in with maintenance, it was a hot summer Saturday morning and my air went out. The temperature was 95 and I called maintenance at least 4 or 5 times and no one ever responded. It just so happen the the complex was having an annual pool party and I found the manager and told her that I had been calling all morning that my air was out. She said that she would let maintenance know. I spent the whole weekend with two young asmatic children without any air conditioning
