I have been resident for two years and now I can honestly say that I can't wait until next month. The first year I moved here, It was nice, the neighbors where older and the property was always clean. Parking on the other hand was always terrible, I never hardly had a place to park. It didn't get bad until I decided to sign a lease renewal. I don't know what type of residents they are moving over here, but its terrible. I have had problems with residents having loud parties all times of the night, coming home to vomit on the stairs. I have been awakened so many nights to loud residents fighting in the hallways. One day I came home from work and residents where outside lying around a bond fire. A resident that lives in the apartment walks around harrassing other residents asking them for money. When you call the leasing office, their only suggestions is to call the police. I have also come home to notice that someone has been in my house doing maintaniece work without notifing me or leaving a notice to let me know that they have come inside my house to do service. I have had to deal with cats sitting on my car. AND on top of all of that they have decided to go up on rent for a one bedroom apartment with no washer/dryer connections.YOu will end up having to go to and off site laundry mat also because the washer and dyers never work. I would not recommend anyone to move over here. These apartments are by far the worse.
