This place is the worst ever!!!My husband and I have only lived here since October 1st and it's only December. We have soo many problems and nobody wants to do anything about. My husband and I are 20 yrs old, so we are still young and we try to understand about the partying that goes on but I guess we are just more respectful people because everyone in our building, especially the people upstairs party every night I don't understand how they can even pay their bills because there are litterally at least 15 people up there partying(like rockstars) everynight all hours of the night. And maintenance... O my gosh!! They are horrible!, our bathroom floor it falling in and bugs and spiders are coming in,theres mold in the little bathroom, my refridgerator is going out, you can plainly see that our door had been kicked in and sometimes we even have to kinda kick it to get it open and closed. There were more things wrong but I stay on the staff everyday which is pathetic, and then you tell them that thier maintenance crew doen't do their jobs they do one little thing and litterally run out so that they don't have to do anything else, and you get told your a nuscence and they tell your husband they don't know what your problem is. My problem is that Im pregnant and I shouldn't have to deal with all these peoples -------- cause their to ------- lazy to do their JOBS!!! I'll be damned if I will deal with any of this when my child gets here. No one should have to put up with this crap when you are paying for it. And as for parking.. we are on the side with pretty good parking(lol) if people would park in the walkways and take up 2 or 3 parking spaces, and of course the people that don't live here get great parking for the party!!! Just take my advice don't move here. As for people soliciting drugs that is a bad problem, everyday when my husband gets off work there's a crackhead asking him for money and trying to sell him drugs.
P>S I think we should start a petition to save these apartment since we are stuck in our leases. If anyone want to help or has any advice about this write me. Thanks for listening.
