I moved into the Tanglewood Apartments in March of 07. As soon as I signed my lease I started having problems. I was told to come back on Saturday to pick up the key to my apartment. When I arrived on Saturday with all of my belongings there was no one in the office. So I called the emergency number listed outside the office and was informed by the operator that no one was scheduled to work that Saturday. I dismissed that incident and moved into my apartment the following Saturday.

On the 1st of April I bought a money order and dropped it into the rent drop box. Eight days later I received a notice stating that all my information was sent to a collection agency and I would be evicted if I did not pay. I received a notice on my door for five months straight and the office could not explain why I was receiving these notices each month.

The last straw was when my refrigerator went out. I complained for a whole month about my refrigerator. Each time they came to my apartment they claimed that they had fixed the problem but had not. At some point they realized that I needed a new refrigerator. Having no refrigerator was a huge inconvenience seeing as though I have a 9 year old daughter who loves to snack on fruit and needed her milk for breakfast.

At this point I decided to start preparing to move and realized that once again the key to my storage unit did not work. Altogether I was issued three storage keys through out my 1 year lease. The first two keys I was issued worked when I received them but maintenance kept changing the lock on the door. As of right now this third key is still working.

Laundry room on-site but inconvenient hours.

I have two more months before my lease is up. Thank You Jesus!!!!!!!
