This place has changed in the last year. I have been leaving here for 2years now and I am desperatly trying to find another place to move. The managers have been in rotation you never know who will be the new manager next. They allow anybody with money to move in. So far as I've heard there has been 9 breaks ins. You can escape crime, but this is horrible. Management does nothing, except look crazy. The toliet keeps backing up and nobody seems to fix it the proper way. They have partime security that shows up when he wants. Never ever will I renew my lease, and I would suggest that anyone looking to rent these apartments to drive right pass them. they are over priced and I am praying that I can find some place very fast.

The Tanglewood is now an official tax credit property. I live really close to The Tanglewood and was thinking of moving there, because it is really close to my job and it is also in the cit of Bartlett proper. So, I went to the Kroger (you know, the one really close to The Tanglewood) and picked up an Apartment Guide, sat down at the deli with a soda and read the listing on the Tanglewood so I could schedule and appointment. I learned from the Apartment Guide that The Tanglewood is now listed as a tax credit property, and so I assume that one cannot move there unless one is a welfare recipient and all of that. What I do not understand is what did they tell you guys when they made that transition? It seems to me that those who are employed and do not pay in housing vouchers should have been given a good 120 days notice to move on out, I guess. I am not trying to be mean about anything at all. In these tough economic times, we all have to do what we have to do, and I ain't hating on anyone.
