Take heed to theses reviews.
I lived in Ten Mile for a year and 6 months When I first moved over there it was very nice however after about 7 months things started to get really bad they let any and everyone move over there drug dealers and prostitutes would be out by the playground. Waterbugs all over the place, the water was always being shut off, maintenance took forever to fix things, neighboors were noisey and the staff was less the friendly. I counted down the day until my lease was up. DON'T I REPEAT DON'T BE FOOLED INTO RENTING THERE AND THINK YOUR GETTING A GOOD DEAL. THE ONLY THING THIS COMPLEX HAS GOING FOR ITSELF IS THE FLOORPLAN AND NOTHING ELSE.
