happy with my apartment From: jonquil102002 Date posted: 3/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I like living here mostly cause I don't have to pay extra to be downstairs anymore,it is close to my job, and when I get a new lease, they didn't go up on my rent. I haven't had too many problems. They fixed my air conditioner last August when I was late on rent. I don't think most folks would do that if your late. I did pay, but they didn't hastle me. The maintenance guys don't sneak around the corner to hide if they see you coming, they are nice and I've seen them help my neighbor carry in her groceries, and help her with her car when it wouldn't start.
