it used to be so nice.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
It was great when we moved in. Quiet, well maintained, etc.

The new management came in and it's gone downhill fast. Now it's loud, dirty and broken. Things aren't getting fixed, both inside the units and out. The rent used to include utilities, but now it doesn't. The rent went down $50, the utilities are $150. The pool water has turned green.
