I have lived in this community for seven years now and it is in the worst shape it has ever been in. This complex seems to have problems keeping a steady, dependable, capable, and concerned management team. I have had seven different managers in my seven years and we all know with new management you seem to always be starting over taking residents through the same unnecessary changes and no real progress is ever being made but the MAN wants his money and figures you need somewhere to stay so you will accept whatever. The tenants are out of CONTROL especially the same ones who are constantly disturbing the peace and getting away with it even when management is aware.

Well, I have had my fill. You can have the noise, come whenever we want to maintenance, crazy parking, stupid management, and of course the horribly taken care of grounds. I thank God I had somewhere to live while I finished college and didn't have any kids because they couldn't have lived in this place like it is now and to prove my point, I don't think any of the staff lives on the grounds. Take heed people, don't move in here although if you are hard up and having a hard time getting in somewhere else, they are very lenient here. Landings, YOU SUCK!!!!
