I don't know where these people live but it's not at The Landings. I have lived here for 5 years and never experienced these problems. The new staff is very professional compared to the last and the manager stays on top of issues which i know for a fact. I would not move any where else b/c these people take real good care of this place. It is very quiet and most of the neighbors are very pleasant.
