I have lived in the Landings for about two years and the complex has gone down tremendously. It seems management is just trying to fill apartments. Some of the residents are noisy and extremely rude. I have seen condoms, marijuana,and beer cans in the parking lot. There are only two maintenance staff members to do the necessary work on the complex. It took two weeks and three phone calls before my maintenance request was taken care of.

i just moved here and have not seen any of that stuff. I love the management they are so respectful and they really are not that bad.
