I've lived at the Meadows for almost a year now and I'm very happy with the choice I made. My neighbors are friendly and the maintenance is brilliant. I don't have many problems in my apt. but the minor ones I have are taken care of usually in the same day. The office staff is brilliant, I can truly say I have not seen a change in anyone's attitude towards me after my lease. Its nice and quite at night, there are no scary strangers hanging around outside. The outside of the apartments are kept up pretty good and if there is any problems maintenace will take care of it if you notify the office. It can get a little noisy sometimes, especially when the garbage truck runs at 7 something in the morning but you can't expect not to hear those. They do a mandatory spray every four months to make sure the property and units are free of pest and I love that! The bad reviews that have been posted are most likely from people that are just hard to satisfy no matter what you do. I love this apt. complex and I plan to renew my lease. I am one of the people who wrote a bad review, and not because I'm hard to please, but because this apartment complex is not up to par. Yes, the garbage trucks run at 7 am, along with the lawnmowers and weedeaters right up on your window at 7 am. It is ridiculous. I don't think complaining about my car being broken in to 2 times in six months, and the apartment managers refusing to do anything about my stomping neighbors upstairs qualifies for being "hard to please." People, I believe this lady may be one of the apartment managers herself. All my neighbors are disappointed, and everyone I know who moved in around the same time I did (1 year ago) are not renewing their lease, and are getting out of here! Yes they spray for pests, yes they are pretty nice in person and on the phone, but aren't those things basic customer service? Hardly seems like we should be patting them on the back for doing a job they're supposed to do. I don't have high standards, but I do want a quiet, safe place to live, and this is not the place. Two of our cars have been vandalized, and several of our neighbors as well. Random people knock on our doors asking for money and kids ride around on their fourwheelers in the back. NOT quiet, NOT safe.

I agree with movingtohouse85. I also wrote a bad review. It is not too much to ask for peace and quiet when you are in your apartment. There will always be outside noises such as the garbage truck, but that comes and goes. It is quite different when you have people living above you and their kids are running and jumping like they are playing outside. Maybe this person does not have the same issues and if so, you are lucky. I still would not move back there ever again!
