I will admit the Pinnacle has had it share of problems,the new staff really tries to correct any problem I take to them in a timely manner and cares about the people in our building..Everybody mentions the elevators, but nobody mentions that we see the elevator repair people sometimes on a daily basis. I like my apartment and I love the view. All in all its a good place to call home.

Why should you see the elevator repair people on a daily basis? I'll tell you why. Because the building management won't apy for the proper repair. All they do is the mimimum required to keep the elevator running, at least, that's what the repairman told me.
