I have lived here since last summer, and I have had nothing but problems. Here are a few examples, trust me there are more but I have blocked them out of my mind they are so bad.

-I went for 1 week (1 WEEK!) without hot water in December, then over Easter weekend, there was no hot water for 2 days.
-The neighbors are loud and smoke a huge amount of weed, because I can smell it every day that I come home.
-There are cockroaches
-The area is not very safe, my car was broken into and my radio was ripped out of it.
-The elevator hardly ever works.
-There is ALWAYS construction going on, loud alot of the time (one day they started construction outside my apartment at 7AM!!!)

Good things: alot of money for the price, but I wish and regret that I didn't move to mudd island, would have been much better quality of life.

Bottom line: DO NOT LIVE HERE, you will regret it!

I feel the same way all those who are writing good reviews about this Dump are the same folks you see day after day in the office rubbing elbows with that FAKE MR GENERAL!!!!!! SHE IS FAKE FAKE FAKE!
