I moved to The Pinnacle when it was Bellevue Tower and since January of this year (2008) the place rocks! They hired a new Manager (Ms.
General) and she is awesome! Finally things get corrected in my apartment and in the building.
The hallways have been all done over with new paint, new carpet, and new lights.
The parking garage finally works like it should.
The office is now open, which is great! People seem to like living here so much more now that we have new a new manager.
People talk about her and how she has done so much for us.
She even put flowers outside, which we never have had.
Some of the other people who wrote opinions mentioned this building having problems - yes, in the past we have had.
As far as the water, we did not have hot water for 2 days recently, but they put up letters explaining what had happened and that parts to fix the problem could not be delivered for 2-days.
As they promised, it was fixed as soon as the parts came in.
Also, a car can be broke into anywhere - my car was broke into at the Hickory Ridge Mall last year (during the day).
I have never seen a cockroach in this building.
I have never smelled pot smoke either.
Overall, I would suggest this apartment to others.
Thank you.

YES...the smell of weed and a contact buzz is very common....also smoking in the elevators and butts everywhere.
Alot has been changed but if you going to upgrade the apartments upgrade them ALL, the kitchens are disgusting. I moved in right before the management change. I was promised an upgraded apt but was put in a dirty, old apt that I had to paint myself in order to cover the built up dirt. The new manager has done a good job updating the apts to bring in new residents but treats the rest of us like we are not entitled to clean newer apts because we were here before her. I was here 1 week before "Ms. General" she would not allow me to move to the apt I was promised, which remained empty until last month. I don't feel we should have to pay the same rent as the new apts for our rundown apts. Most of the improvements are the hard work of Walter the maintence guy. Given the condition this place was in just in January, he has done an awesome job.
The parking garage drips lime all over the cars when it rains. The courtesy officer is a joke, she'll either talk to you or talk about you depending on who she is talking to at the time.

Walter was a joke for a maintenance guy and I am glad they got rid of him. The person above said they were promised another apartment before the new manager came to work here? Why blame the new manager for something she did not promise you and why move in to a apartment that is not the one you were supposed to receive? The people who live here never stop amazing me. Why blame others for your own choices. The manager, as people are calling "Ms. General" is a great manager. I have lived here for many years and seen at least 15 different managers. Finally we have someone who does care, responds to our needs, improves the building, actually works everyday versus the office always being closed as it has been in the past, and she smiles & waves at everyone who walks in or out of the apartment building. As for the comments about weed smoke, I have also smelled it numerous times over the years, but pot smoking happens at every apartment place. Overall, give Ms. General some credit - she has been the best resident manager in over 10 years. Thanks Ms. General!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is easy to be the best out of all the S&%^ that has been there before...She sucks, the place sucks, and you probably suck for giving her any credit.
