I have lived in the Pinnacle for 1 year I HATE everything about this place it is poorly Managed, They have no Security at all the front door can be found open to the public 9 times out of 10 the pool is nasty, cars getting tires stolen and left on blocks, tags getting stolen.... I get panhandled by other residents which is funny to me. The Manager seems fake and she really doesn't seem to care after all SHE doesn't live here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey I totally agree, she is horrible. She talks WAY too loud, and says she will get things done but lies through her teeth. I wish I could sit at a desk all day with way too much make up on. My car got broken into also, and it is the worst 'security' that they have. The lady just sits in a room all night, probably sleeping and getting paid for it. DO NOT LIVE HERE - YOU ARE JUST ASKING FOR HEARTACHE AND A MUGGING.

I moved here 4 months ago and the manager is the main reason I did move here. I do want to say that it is really rude to say the manager talks loud - did you know she wears hearing aids and admits she talks loudly because of a hearing problem? Also, get off your jealousy boat - she is very good looking and I think some of the others who live here are simply jealous! Instead of pointing out things like - she talks too loud or wears makeup and sits behind a desk, please talk about the things that have to do with living here. I had 2 small problems in my apartment and they were taken care of quickly, I have many packages delivered to the office everyday and she gladly accepts them while I am gone to work, the pool was never gross/dirty with the exception of the ill-mannered people who sometimes left their food & drink containers at the pool (how nice of a place to let us drink and eat at the pool & then leave our trash laying on the ground), and also I have to say that after living in Mid Town for 6 years, I have never lived any place better! Sure I have found the front door open a few times, and sure I have smelled marijuana, heck I have even had someone ask me for spare change and a cigarette. If these little things bother you, I would suggest you do not live in Mid Town. This building is by far a great place to live, offers fair rent prices, the apartment is a good layout, there is a parking garage, I have a free storage bin, and super nice people work here. I would tell anyone looking in this area to give Pinnacle a try. Peace!

You are entitled to your opinion and I can respect that. However, I am not on a "Jealousy Boat" as you put it I was simply stating my opinion and if you like living in that run down section 8 "hell hole" then rock on with your bad self! Apparently you fit right in with that MICHIGAN TRASH! Peace!
