If you are in Memphis, do not move to this apartments. The staff here are rude. They Speak to you nicely till you move into the apartment and once you move in, they are rude to you. The Management sucks and they lie a lot. They took 1 month security deposit from me when i signed a lease and after i vacated the apartment, i called more than 100 times for my security deposit back and the manager there is so rude that she receives the phone and says "I'm busy, Call back later I cant help now. Dont keep calling and bug us" This continued for couple of months and until we had a heated argument and i had to involve my lawyer to get the deposit back. Also the gates are always broken and you ask them, they say that it will get fixed and after a month ask them again they will reply in a threatening voice. Week ends parking is not available at all . People Solicit in the parking lots in midnights and when you complain nothing happens. The only good thing is, they take rent on a perfect timely manner :-)
