In defense of everything I have read on here, I have lived here from the beginning and if someone has a problem why don't you call the office because I work in the office and this is the first I have heard about paper thin walls, A MAINTENANCE PERSON RAIDING A REFRIGERATOR AND TAKING A SHOWER, fecal matter out by the pool, come on now! Another thing, we don't even have 3 bedrooms for $1500, so I'm not sure how you have a 2 bedroom for that price. Obviously, the trash isn't a problem if the health department hasn't even said anything to us about it. We are not unfriendly either, I haven't ever heard anyone call and complain about us. The Hacks Cross Rapist, is that something that The Preserve at Southwind has control over' Like I said before, why don't you let the office know if you have such a problem with everything.
