Could have been worse

The buildings are very cheaply built, the floors creaked in every room (I was on 3rd story), the walls are paper thin (luckily I didn't have loud neighbors), and you can hear cabinents close and toilets flush from the floor below you. Parking was a big problem by my building at night and on the weekends, but in other parts of the complex it seemed to be fine. The security gates were always broken from people ramming them, so they put up ridiculously large speed bumps to protect them, not a big deal unless you drive a sports car, then you're screwed. The office and maintenance staff were both good, no complaints at all there.
The biggest drawback were some of the other residents blasting their stereos, people with garages taking up other residents spaces, leaving broke down cars in the lot for months on end, letting trash pile up around their doors, and just being loud late and night and very early in the morning (BTW, I'm an early 20's college student, so the fact that I think its too loud too late is saying something). All of which the office tried their best to keep control of. All in all, it could have been a lot worse, and I always felt safe there. I still think it was a little overpriced, but you can do a lot worse.

IF PEOPLE ARE LEAVING BROKEN DOWN CARS ON THE LOT AND LETING TRASH TILE THE THE OFFICE STAFF IS NOT AS GOOD AS YOU SAY THEY ARE. THEY WOULD NOT LET THIS HAPPEN IF THEY CARED ABOUT YOU ALL
