We moved here 6 months ago, and thank God we only signed a 6 month lease, which they are increasing our rent if we were to have renewed. Management is unresponsive, some neighbors are good, but some are loud and inconsiderate of others. Noise all night, courtesy officer does nothing. Most of the time if there is a lot of noise you have to call the police directly. community rules are violated on a daily basis and the office does nothing about it. Management only cares about their fee and taking rent. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. There are too many other, nicer apartments in the general vacinity to settle on this one. Rent is way too high for what you get. Appliances are awful, there is not enough room in living areas, security gates only work less than part time - kind of like the management. They only hire one maintenance person at a time, so in our 6 months we have been through at least 2 because the work load is way too much for one person and they quit. I could go on, but don't move here!

I have lived here for over a year. Recently, I contemplated moving to another apartment complex because I wanted to be closer to work, but found that few apartments offered the luxury of the Preserve. Beautiful landscapping, great location, relaxing garden tubs, crown moulding, great architecture, affordable prices... There is a difference between an apartment and an apartment home...the Preserve offers that apartment home feeling....and if you enjoy decorating and style, you will find beautiful arches in your apartment home, as well as faux granite countertops, etc.
Now, as far as those who complain about noise...you live in an apartment; not a house...that's just a risk you must take...but rest assure, the office will contact the resident accused of noise....trash..no problems...
...office staff, I must admit, the previous staff was friendlier, especially the
manager. I haven't really experienced any problems, not personally anyways..there was an incident where the manager wld not allow the POD guy to deliever the POD to the complex which I found really insensitive. She claimed it wld prevent residents from having a place to park, but we already experience that problem... she could have at least compromised. Also, the manager doesn't seem very friendly..maybe I am wrong, but she never speaks. Office staff....oh, and not to mention one of the girls in the office acts slightly incompetent or maybe she's lazy. I called with a simple request and rather than resolving the problem, she made it more complex. Then, when I entered the office to futher resolve the issue she had a snobbish attitude.
So, those are the negative aspects as they pertain to the office staff, but allow me to give credit where credit is due...there are two incredible ladies in the office...one is an ------- American, name begins with a P and the other is a Caucasin...she sits next to P...they are so professional and sweet. They always resolve issues in a timely manner. Unlike the young lady who sits behind them, they are not lazy nor do they give excuses. Or maybe I'm being unfair, maybe it was a bad day for this young woman, but it was a bad day for me too and her attitude was not appreciated.
Lastly, you all need to screen your residents. Lately, it seems as if you're renting to Section 8....I loved the diversity, the professionals...
Oh, one more thing, please get the gate fixed..it has been broken for over 2 months. I think that's one of the reasons people moved here...if you don't get the gate fixed, reduce the rent...people pay to live in a gated complex.
