I wouldn't recommend anyone to reside here. The manager seems to care less about any of the many problems she has on her hands. She doesn't care about the residents, or anything else. She only cares about collecting rent. She is very rude, uncaring, and overall unconcerned with important issues. The gate is ALWAYS BROKEN!! In fact, the front gate on one side is being left open all the time; I guess it's broke again. There's never anywhere to park on weekends let alone weekdays or week nights. We have people shot at over here, gunshots are being heard, cars are being stolen and broken into. I'm not even able to sleep anymore. At one point, I heard someone had their door kicked in and another person was being shot at because they were trying to steal a car. This is ridiculous. The garbage is ALWAYS full. There are NEVER any parking spots left, except with an occassional handicap spot, but in the newsletter it's posted to not park there, but instead says you may have to park a little further down that usual. It isn't enough light at night, especially in the courtyard area where it's extremely dark at night. The office staff is somewhat ok, but who can blame them; they work for a manager who is lazy, incompetant, uncaring, and prejudice. Who would want to pay high rent for something they're unsatisfied with. I have gone to the office, spoken with th mgr, talked with customer care, the corporate office. Nothing seems to help and no one seems to care.

I 100% agree. I've lived here since 2006 and have the exact same concerns.

The manager is never available and does not return a phone call. She is unprofessional & dresses as if she is ready for the nightclub rather than doing business!
