I moved in to this community in the summer of 2007 and since then have absolutely loved it. My roommate and I looked at 10 or more apartment communities before we settled on this one and we are so happy that we did. The management at Preserve at Southwind are very friendly and always happy to respond to questions or concerns that we have had. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the apartments themselves are very clean and maintained. The only problem I have ever experienced was a couple of noisy neighbors, and when I mentioned the problem to the staff, a swift response put the noise to rest. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone, and I myself plan to live at the Preserve at Southwind again if I ever move back to Memphis, TN.
