Dirty, smelly, bad area

The building is in a horrid area, is generally dirty and smells like garbage, the hallways are drab, and the apartments just as bad. Look at Mud Island, not here.

I'm not quite sure the person who wrote this review has been to the building in the past year. There have been renovations done of the entire lobby area and all the hallways. It is in a great area, within walking distance to grocery stores, entertainment venues, etc. I would invite the person who wrote this review to come check the building out again because I think they would change their mind. There are new owners and a new management team that have made quite a few great changes here.
