I should have trusted my instinct and not moved in. I checked this website and someone mentioned remodeling. Does remodeling mean putting 2 plants at the front door' By the way both plants have died because like the rest of the building, they too, were neglected. Management has changed several times during the few months we have been here. The apartment building is not maintained, and in fact is nasty and often smells. Maintaince issues are ignored. The staff is nice, however, if they cannot asist with anything what is the point' Every tenant met in elevator has complaints. Some have moved. Step out the front door and the homeless insult you because you do not give them money. They literally hang around the aparetment's front doors. It is a shame because there is much potential here for someone with the right amount of money and commitment.
