I have lived in the Renaissance apartments since before the name changed. They have undergone very nice cosmetic remodeling to all the common areas in the past year. Like any older building there are going to be some maintenance issues to be addressed. However, the staff has always been very attentive to these issues. There is absolutely no better view in Memphis (sunsets over the river) and for the price, which includes utilities, it can't be beat. If you haven't looked at it lately, it deserves a second look.
