i have never seen such a messy apartment in my life.......it stinks a lot....they dont have proper laundry facility......the staff over there is never cooperative or helpful and moreover,, they are so cheap...they do not have enough security facility for apartments.....half of the apartment does not have partition in the balcony.....so they have to share balcony with their neighbors.........they are liers....i would highly recommend NOT TO RENT an apartment in this building......
Maintenance part is 0%.....
the manager and her assistant of the building are crazy....they did not solve my complaint for 1 year.......if something happens to your apartment after hours....they will not even bother to respond your call....actually they dont have such kind of facility in the building..........i will put more reviews later on...

The person above sounds like management. The management of this building does suck. I have an issue with my apartment since I have moved into it. Until the regional manager showed her face here and I brought the issue up again in front of her nothing was done. This build flat out sucks!!! Don't get me wrong I like the apartment itself and the views are unbeatable but when you cannot enjoy your balcony because neighbors think that they are able to keep dogs on their balcony's and allow them to urinate (which consequently drains onto your balcony or you if you are standing on it) on it and management does little to nothing. I would have to agree that I would not recommend anyone that I liked to live here.

Nope... I wrote that reply and I'm not management..I'm just a resident who has been here for a few years and have not had any problems bad enough that would make me come on a website and trash this place..It just got on my nerves when someone says things like the building doesn't have a "PROPER LAUNDRY FACILITY"...I call 12 washers and 12 dryers (all less than a year old) a "proper laundry facility"..What more does that resident need??? The resident also stated "Maintenance part is 0%"...Well, I've never had an issue they didn't address as soon as possible...As for maintenance not coming to an apartment after hours..I'm not sure what "problem" the resident had but if it's a real emergency I have seen them come back many times to address the problems...
