This place in the last three months has become a living nightmare. The hall carpets are dirty. The hallway smells like raw garbage. Parking in the facility is dark, dingy and scummy. Sewer water leaks from the plumbing in the garage. The elevators are old and down often. Even management can't get their air conditioner to work.
The place is unsafe, gang members have moved in the good are moving out.

This place is not safe, I am afraid to walk to my car at night. Crackheads are everywhere, and break ins happen all the time. Management will do nothing about it.

You obviously don't come out of your apartment. Put your pipe down and ask your neighbors if they notice the gang symbols in the elevator.
