I am new to the Memphis area, and I looked at quite a few apartments before choosing to make The Renaissance my home. The overall building was in good shape for it to be 40 plus years old. I love the convenience of the trolley. I was exceptionally pleased with my apartment and how fast maintenance responded to some minor issues that I had with my apartment when I moved in. I've lived in places where maintenance took three or four days to fix an a/c issue. My experience with the staff has been great.
