This place is okay, except for the fact that parking is $65.00 per month, and cars are constantly being broken into. I do not recommend this place, unless you dont have a car!!!

This manager is the best we have had. The management is not responsible for outside thugs. Tell subway to stop feeding them. It looks like you will be able to move in two months, so good for you!

I just signed another of many leases, and was happy to do so. If someone's car is repeatedly broken into, I think it might not be a random break-in. I also find it interesting that most of the complaints about Renaissance come from folks with the same vocabulary. There may be an attitude problem, but who is the one with the attitude? Any "outside" problems will be common to all of downtown, and I think the Center City Commission is working aggressively to solve the public drinking problem, along with other of these issues.

Why don't you move to a nice house in mid-town. I heard they burglarize homes there - so your car should be safe.

My car was broke into also. I think management is very rude and the place stinks

Jory is about the only person in the office with any good customer service, I love the way people sweep things under the rug!!

Downtownchic works in the leasing office. Isn't it interesting how hse responds?!! Further evidence of the rude and dispicable behavior of staff! And John B, notice my vocabulary is fine and a bit more refined than your own. The place is very unsafe even with the overnight guards that sleep in an office.
