I HAVE LIVED THERE BEFORE, BUT THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND STAFF ARE HORRIBLE AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT THEIR GOING TO DO AND HOW IT IS TO LIVE THERE. THE FORMER MANAGEMENT CO. AND STAFF WERE MUCH BETTER! THEY WERE MORE HONEST, RELIABLE AND CARING. THE REASON THIS PLACE S SO AFFORDABLE IS BECAUSE IT IS A DUMP! THE ELEVATORS ALWAYS TRAP PEOPLE INSIDE AND ARE DANGEROUS. BUMS GET INTO THE BUILDING AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. CRACKHEADS RENT APTS. THERE. THE STAFF ONLY WANTS TO GET A LEASE AND DOES NOT CARE. MAINTENANCE SUCKS TOO. THIS PLACE HAD TO CHANGE THEIR NAME TO TRY AND TRICK PEOPLE INTO LIVING THERE. THE MANAGEMENT CO. WHITNEY CAPITAL IS THE WORST. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MANAGE APTS. IT WAS WAY BETTER WHEN IT WAS RUN BY LEDIC! THEY HAVE LOST RESPECT ALL OVER MEMPHIS. THEY ARE KNOWN AS THE TOWER OF TERROR BY ALL DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES. MANAGEMENT WILL TRY TO ANONYMOUSLY POST FAKE GOOD RESPONSES ON HERE TO IMPROVE THEIR RATING. DON'T BE FOOLED. GO ELSEWHERE!

Wow !... If this place is as bad as you state.. I wouldn't have been here as long as I have.. I noticed that you stated... "I HAVE LIVED THERE BEFORE" and that it was a "DUMP" .. Why on earth did you come back??? I'll tell you why.. It's because it really isn't a "DUMP" and you know it.. As for management, Whitney has done more to this building than Ledic ever thought about.. They are upgrading apartments.. And they recently had the lobby repainted and it looks great.. I have lived here several years and have never been stuck on the elevators.. I can't say people haven't been stuck on them before but you make it sound like it's an everyday thing (which it isn't).. I have NEVER heard it referred to as "The Tower of Terror" .. I think you might just have a good imagination.. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience here but it's not fair to the apartment hunters and to the current residents that you bash this place for no good reason...Apartment hunters should just come and check it out for themselves and form their own opinion...

I have lived in this building for over three years and I would not trade it for anything else downtown unless I was buying. I have never seen bums in the place. If they are getting in, it is probabaly someone letting them in. The elevators do suck a lot. The lobby is looking really good. I have seen more done with this current manager than the other three before her, combined. If someone really feels that much dislike go spend more money to live in the 10 Main where you have to walk across a crackhead infested alley to your $100 a month parking space. They have a tiny rooftop with a small hot tub. View is nice, but whatever. Who uses a hot tub in summer. Nice that we have a refreshing pool, not pay utilities, have a gym and wash room on site. Regardless of all else, the Renaissance are a dimond in the rough.
