I've lived at the Summit for 4 years now and I adore my apartment. Sure, there have been some ups and downs with the staff but, overall, they are very accomodating and easy to work with.
I have never had a problem with maintenance showing up within a day or two after putting a call in and the landscaping is beautiful.
The walls, I'm assuming, are relatively thick since I hardly ever hear my neighbors.
In fact, this is by FAR the quietest community I have ever lived in.
I would highly recommend a move to the Summit to anyone.
