Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
We have heard of two gun-point robberies as well as car robberies.
The staff is incredibly friendly, nice, and quick to remedy problems but the apartments are not the same quality as advertised.

Before you lease here you need to know:
1.Neighborhood although not horrible does not seem safe to us
2.The model apartment, and brochure are not what you're going to live in
