I'm gonna cut straight to the chase. I am a SBF and The Summit is my first apt. I chose this community b/c of the special I caught and also b/c of the friendly staff. They made me feel so at ease. I had to phone the office a zillion times and they were so patient,nice and friendly while on the phone giving me directions to the community! (I could get lost on a straight stretch). I got to choose my unit and everything. HERE GOES. I suffer from extreme paranoia due to to the brutal murder of a close family member so I'm the last one to move somewhere deemed unsafe. I feel nothing but security here. The intrusion alarms are great and they are connected DIRECTLY to the police department. A patrol car makes regular rounds through the area so that makes it all the better. Mgmt is prompt to address any/all concerns or maintenance issues. The emergency maintenance is even better. TRUST ME-don't believe the bull others have written. I'm willing to bet the problems they encountered were self-initiated. I'm not being funny-just being logical.
