I have been living at the Summit for almost a year. I have to say that I personally have not had any bad (unsafe) experiences. I understand that they do occur, but keep in mind this is Memphis.
Overall the office staff is nice and the maintenance is great! They are always on the ball.
I consider the apartments to be a bargain and definately worth the price.
