I've been living here only a year now and just recently renewed my lease. I stay in the phase 1 area by the leasing office. I have had no major problems since I have been living in the complex. Yes I have had spiders but I call the office to get the apartment sprayed and they take care of it. I've only had to get my apartment sprayed 4 times my whole year living here. One of those times was for termites. Pest control came in and killed them all. I havnt had a problem since then. But I have to admit parking here is the worst. If you are not a home by 9 or 10 you will have to park your car far from where you actually stay. I just recently broke my foot and I have to make sure I get a close parking space so I wont break my neck getting inside my apartment. So if I can help it, I just stay at home or if I know its late and I wont get good parking, I will just not come home for the night. The free security alarm is very nice. Before I moved in it was turned on and ready to use. I had a problem with a tenant that lives behind me. He would listen to rock music all day starting at 6 a.m. and didnt care if you were asleep or not. I called the office about it, they said they would speak to him about it but the noise never stop. I even walked around to his apartment to let him know that I couldnt sleep or enjoy my T.V. because of it and he turned it off. But the next day it continued. I was looking into getting a bigger apartment. They had a 2 bedroom available but I would have had to move to the Phase 2 area and that was a big NO NO! I have driven thru there several times being curious and I saw it wasnt as pleasant as the Phase 1 area. The staff is very nice and they have taken care of everything I have asked them to do for me. My only compliant is the parking, it could be more organized.
