Everything leaks! I mean everything!!! It's like Carpet Spectrum lives in the apartment complex. I woke up once to find water in my apt up to my ankles in the front room, my computer was ruined. Also the neighbors had some sort of leak. It got into my bedroom all my college papers were messed up. Called maintenance 4 months ago to fix something they have not arrived as yet. There have been some serious break ins. People have been robbed at gunpoint on the property. The teenagers hang about like gang members. If you like poisonous spiders, roaches everywhere (every time I spray they keep coming thru the heating vent), ants, this is the place for you! Also be aware they have a serious old pipe and mold problem. Flush about 10 times and it will be coming back at you. If you are into close knit communities then this one is for you because......you will know your neighbors body functions quite well. My neighbor farted in his bathtub the other night and I had guests only thing we could do was laugh. I am currently waiting for the upstairs neighbor to fall thru the ceiling on top of me due to how hard they walk and the water leakage that I asked maintenance to come fix from last year and no one has arrived as yet. Recently we had an issue with someone's gf slashing various cars, also neighbors screaming at one another like cavemen!! Phase2 is ultimate ----, the people live there like its a ghetto. It took them months to fill in the potholes in the complex, I'm talking deep potholes that can break a chassy. Overall I'd say this place has become a barrio!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
