I read all the negative reviews of the Summit when I was apt hunting and was a bit turned off by them. However, I did end up moving into the Summit because of the good deal. I've only been here for a couple of months, and so far everything and everyone has been very good! Sadly, as a result of all the negative comments on the security, I'm constantly worried that someone will break into my apt. Hasn't happened yet, and I don't see it in the near future. I live in Phase 1 and perhaps that's why things are good. I specifically asked for Phase 1 when I met with management. I don't know how Phase 2 is, but the negative comments seem to be so far-fetched it's almost like some disgruntled ex-employee or something. Maybe Phase 2 is that bad, but living in Phase 1 that's really hard to believe. By the way, I'm NOT management nor have I ever been employed by the Summit or any other property managed by Fogleman.
