I just want to take the time and say what positive changes I have seen taking place at The Summit Apt. I have been living here 2 years this November. I have never seen so many great changes on the property.It's like the apt is receiving a make over right in the front of my eyes. Some of the changes are tree trimming,repiping, waste disposal, and of course the great management and staff at folgerman. when ever i have a problem, the staff respond in a timley manner.

This post sounds like management asked you to write it. On my end I have witnessed the guard being beat nearly to death, the office window keeps getting busted out, and the vandals are out on the prowl both day and night....moreso at night. To me, the place has a different environment to it. Everyone has an opinion though....
