I have reviewed the comments for this community and my experience has been that no matter where one lives in Memphis, common sense must be used at all times. Much of the crime in memphis is committed by someone we know. I have been in the management office when some of these alledge incidents have been reported and you would laugh to hear the stories. Its easy to critize when one wants out of their lease and does not want to follow guidelines set forth to keep a community safe and proactive. My experience has been that the staff and management of The Trails Mount Moriah is just doing their job and I have been very pleased. I am going on my 4th year and I am a single female.
