It is true that the apartments are new, but it is also true they have mice. I live on a 2nd floor and still I got one (that I saw) in my apartment. How do they get inside' Good knows. We found under the dishwasher old blue traps, indicating that the previous tenant also had the same problem. Management does not seem interested in finding out, or getting ride of them. Once in the apartment the mice are you problems. Actually management does not seem interested in anything here; they are rude and slow. Maybe this is why they have so many empty apartments.

I currently live at The Westbury, I was actually the third person to move into the apartments. I remember when the management actually treated all of the apaertments before anyone moved in. That's probably why you already had a treatment in your apartment. Maybe you should take a little initative and clean your apartment or move to an area that is not in the middle of a wildlife area.
I have lived in apartments since college and have found this management group to be one of the best. My maintenance is seen to in a timely manner, I love coming home because my rose bushes are beautiful and if I ever did have a mouse, which I expect because of the surrounding area, I know that they would provide pest control service for my apartment. So, before you start bashing management or the fact that you "live with mice", stop and think about what you say.
For the readers, my name is Nancy Miller and I live on Old Waverly Cove. I have been very satisfied with The Westbury!
